Overpayment Scam
1 |  +1 Untitled Overpayment Scam on 1, ref:10328 Oh god where to start!.. Well firstly I received an email from someone called SHARON SIMPSON (email address olanre3333333@gmail.com) telling me that her friend needs to use my childcare service for the following month of july. She provided me with Anitas email address and told me to contact her direct to provide her with details of my service etc.
I then emailed her a list of my prices, available dates, link to my websites, anita replied from her email (anitarichard1233@yahoo.fr) telling me that she will book her two children in and asked me to send her my prices and what the total amount the childcare would cost, she advised me she would pay it in full or a 10% deposit whatever I would prefer to secure the place, she asked me to give her full name to make the cheque out to, my address to send it and my phone number for when she gets to the uk (from france) she will be able to ring me for directions to my house! I stupidly supplied her with these. Her plan is to send me a cheque for a larger amount of money than I have asked for, she will then ask me to refund her and send her a cheque back for the difference. Her original cheque will bounce therefore walking away with your money! I am just waiting to receive her cheque now! I have called the police and logged it with the fraud squad and taken a case out. Any mail from france I forward straight to them now. |

Hi Im so glag I saw your post, thank you so much! I've received similiar email from her. I actually received the cheque and paid it in today to my bank. Money doesnt appear in my bank account. Thank God I found this as I could have been cheated.

two weeks from (July 1 - July 12) and your service is only needed from
Mon-Fri only and you will babysit them from 9:00am - 1:00pm.
I can drop them with you. My kids Anne and Aron 4 and 6 years old
respectively. I will be happy if you can let me know your charges on
both of them. The Kids are potty trained and they are not allergy to
food or anything.
I want you to get back to me with your total estimate for the two
weeks, to enable me secure your booking prior to my arrival, Get back
to me, as I am rounding off plans and allotting money to issues that
should be settled prior to my arrival. Your fast respond is important
to enable me send you a deposit to secure your booking prior to my
arrival.
Once again I need you to take care of them like your own kids.
