Hello, Thanks for the mail, the apartment is still available for rent, it isEUR500 per month inclusive all bills such as water, electricity, internet connection,water available, microwave, oven, fridge,gas inclusive of a washing machine e.t.c EUR700 for security deposit payment which is refundable while packing if there is no lost or damage of my properties. The apartment is located at Vereinsgasse 10 1020 Wien, Austria. And it is not far from the main road for connected transportation means. The apartment is spacious and well ventilated, restaurant, public transport and supermarket are within touching distance. it's located in a very nice serene safe area.
