same as above, received an SMS immediately after I posted an ad to auto trader. Then received an email saying Joseph Blair was in the army and could not use the telephone I am following through to see where the scam leads and will report here.
David,
Thanks for the response to my sms, It's really appreciated. I would have loved to call but unfortunately, I wouldn't be allowed to do so due to the nature of my profession as I'm serving in US army and I've been currently deploy to Eastern Mediterranean off Syria's coastline on war front and calls are restricted at the moment, So calls are not allowed as security measures. This is why I had to sms you. How much are you willing to let it go?
I am buying this for my Son who just graduated on top of his class at the University ,He studied Building Design & Architecture. I want it to be the perfect graduation gift for him and am making it a surprise package ,Does it have any history I should be aware of? and why are you selling if you don't mind my asking. I am already in talks with freighters that will handle the pickup and delivery . I will really appreciate if you can email more info about the car. Please i would appreciate if you could disclose the car sold to everyone that contacts or make inquiry about it.
Due to the nature of my profession, I am a very busy man working all day, I don't have access to my Bank Account online as am not with my credit card details here but i have my Bank Account linked up with my PayPal Account so I will be paying you through PayPal. It's safe fast and secure and i will be responsible for the PayPal transaction charges so you can get your expected amount. If you don't have an account with them, You can easily visit www.paypal.com to get an account created. Please get back to me so i can make arrangement for the payment and get it across to you because i wouldn't want us to delay this transaction with no reason. Meanwhile, I would get in touch with my freight forwarding company who will be coming for the pickup. I wait to hear from you soonest.
Regards, Joe.
