My property ( Web address: http://www.stayz.com.au/accommodation/vic/melbourne/merricks/115327 ) is currently available for your dates 08/01/2014 – 29/01/2014 we do have a request for the period that you ask, but that’s not signed. So everything is still available. We give the house to the party which signs first. We have a special offer. The breakdown would be as follows: AU$ 12,000.00 $ 0.00 (Departure Cleaning Fee) ------------ AU$ 12,000.00 + - 50% (Discount for special offer only) ------------ AU$ 6,000.00 (TOTAL/Tax included) For this special offer payment of AU$ 6,000.00 must be completed within 7days (to secure this booking). If you need to cancel you have 100% refundable 15 Days prior to arrival.
