OCTOBER 2013 I RECEIVED THIS EMAIL ATTACHED TO WHICH WAS A PDF ENTITLED Halifax.html FORM FOR COMPLETIION WITH MY ACCOUNT/SECURITY DETAILS (SEE UNDER EMAIL SCAM SOURCE: ALTHOUGH NATURALLY CONCERNED FOR SOME TIME, I DID NOT ACTION THE FORM AND SO WAS NOT SCAMMED!

We recently have determined that different computers have logged onto your Online Banking account and multiple password failures were present before logons.

We now need to re-confirm your account information with us.

If this is not completed by October 30, 2013 we will be forced to suspend your account indefinitely, as it may have been used for fraudulent purposes.

Please download the document attached to this e-mail to verify your identity and automatically reverse the change.
