Scammer Information Details of Scam Report
i received an email saying i was chosen for a $750,000 donation, too good to be true, from pedro quezada. i found his page on facebook, contacted him there and received his "legit" email and forwarded the original email to him. he verified it was from him and gave me the information needed to claim the donation. everything he gave me came back true and clean. but i still feel uneasy about it, especially since i have been prompted to scan and send passport/or id. they claim the only money i have to pay will be directly to their accredited courier company Royal mail UK for postal fees.
so far the bank checks out, and the Chief Operation Officer,Jean - Pierre Flais seems to be all legit, but i am still concerned. it just seems like so much trouble, and risk, to set up a fake bank along with articles about the chief operation, and the facebook, and now waiting to find out about the courier and extant made for their verification. still think this is a scam but there is a lot going on. i still have all the messages. what should i do to verify this is the real deal or find out if its all nonsense?
