Detailed Job Description -- Personal Executive Assistant II
Iâ€™m looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and hard-working assistant to help me throughout my busy workweek. Although I only need someone to communicate with me and follow basic instructions, the assistant must be flexible, as my schedule is often irregular and I may be in contact only sporadically (between 8am and 5pm).
This position is home-based, part-time and flexible, and your work hours will not exceed 20 in one week.
As my Executives Personal Assistant, your duties will include;
* Running personal errands, supervisions and monitoring.* Scheduling programs, hotels & flights, and keeping me up to date with them.
* Acting as an alternative telephone correspondence while I\'m away.
* Making regular contacts and drop-offs on my behalf. Handling and monitoring some of my financial activities..
The basic wage is $500 weekly, with the possibility for promotion throughout the year. At this point I have a very busy schedule and travel a lotâ€”for instance, Iâ€™m in Canada right now, but will be back in three weeks.
Once again, this position is not office based for the time being, because of my frequent travels and tight schedules, and is part-time while you work from home. Because of the flexibility, you may even work another part-time job if youâ€™re good at time-management.
Because of my large workload, I have a lot of back-logged work and would love to get you started immediately. Your first week will be probationary, while I assess your ability to help me with some immediate chores I need to have done. Your continued employment will be contingent on your diligence and expediency in assisting me. I hope you understand: while Iâ€™m confident youâ€™ll work out well and that our relationship will develop smoothly, I need to find the right person for this job.
Our contact will be mostly online through email. Iâ€™m hard of hearing and have some trouble with phone calls, but if the need arises for us to talk Iâ€™d be glad to do so.
For the first week, I have some basic errands that I need run, but they must be completed correctly and efficiently. One of my clients will send you a Check/Money Order payment for a large office-supply order he just placed for a local group home for neglected children. I need you to use this payment to procure goods (Iâ€™ll send you an exact supply list later) so that you can send them out to my client. Iâ€™ll get you more information later, If youâ€™re in fact interested in this position
