I just sent the money. A total of $1,850 will be credited into your account. The receipt I got for the payment says a confirmation will be sent to your email to finish transaction. Please make sure you check all your email folders to make sure you get it and keep me posted ASAP. It was really nice dealing with a person like you. The postal address is the same as my paypal verified address which is

GUMTREE SCAM
Scammers IP address recorded: 65.55.116.21
Trace of the IP indicated the spammer is located in Nigeria.
Scammer made contact initially via Gumtree, interested in purchasing jewellery for a gift.
Said they were happy to may extra $90 for postage, even though no location was mentioned. (They trace your IP address to find out).
They then ask for more images of item to try and lure you in to thinking you have a genuine sale.
They ask why you are selling it, etc.
They then send you email direct, not via Gumtree, to say payment has been made and require items urgently. Of course, no money appears in Paypal account.
You'll also notice email name does not match Outlook account name, and they do not use any name on the actual email.
Sender requests item to be shipped to China address, not from where the email originated.

Same Scam as Stephen Mckenzie noted on your site June 2013 this time hes going as Greg Fisher wanting Jewellery to be sent before funds actually deposited into Paypal account a search of details found hes using the same address

Scam EmailThis was a Gumtree Australia scam I am making this public because I would get one every week I just followed this one out of interest. I usually tell them what I think of them as soon as I get the usual \" What is your best price\" request from them to which I return with \"Which Ad as I have many\" and they come back with \"I take all of them \" ? Not very bright people these scum I told one of them it would be $25,000 for all she came straight back and said ok yes even though I only had $500 worth on gumtree. For this one I listed them for him and he then said he\'d take them all. WHY?
