Good afternoon Van Wyk,

Thank you for understanding my situation, Am very happy that finally i will fly down to France.

Van Wyk at the moment i don\'t know the exact date of my arrival to France. My arrival solely depends on when you transfer the remaining money to me because I still have to book my flight ticket, purchase my project materials and also buy some of the things I\'ll need for my trip.

Deduct the money for the one month rent and bond and transfer the remaining money to me.

Please Van Wyk lend me 2,500 euro so that i can book my flight ticket against 01-04 and when the money has been credited into your bank account you can give me the remaining money cash.

Van Wyk my bank account does not have the facility to receive international money transfer but I\'ve been able to find another solution to send the money to me which is through Western Union money transfer service. Western Union have offices throughout Ireland and it will take you barely 10 minutes to transfer the money.



Here is my personal information required for the money transfer.

2.) Address: 8 Koester Close, Johannesburg, South Africa

You will provide me the following information after you\'ve transferred the money.

1. Western Union Money Transfer reference Number.

2. The name used to transfer the money

van Wyk please help me transfer 2,500 euro tomorrow, so that i can book my flight ticket, because my project in france will start by 01-04 and I want commence preparation for my trip and I wish to arrive in France on Tuesday.

As previously stated, my company will be sponsoring my trip and will be responsible for the payment of the rent and related expenses. For security reasons, the form of payment used is a bank draft cheque or EFT into your account directly. At your approval a bank draft cheque will be issued to you or the money will be transferred into your account via EFT for one month rent and security deposit. If this is okay with you, kindly provide me with your full name (that will appear on the Bank Draft ), postal address where the cheque should be sent to and your contact numbers or ( Account Name, Account number, Bank Name: ) for the EFT . This will be done as soon as these details are made available to the finance department.
On a lighter note, I think its only fair that I introduce myself, just to give you an idea. I'm a 28 years old lady who works at the marketing department at Micabella cosmetics / Mica Beauty cosmetics. I do not have any problems to rent my room to someone from oversea, I am myself French born in West Africa, so no worries. The bedroom per week cost $150 The Internet so long you are able to use 30GB with me will be $10 a week otherwise everything that goes beyond will be at your cost, I generally use for myself 10 to 15 GB.... The power cost in Summer I use $100 a month in Winter $130 for my personal use, all what goes other is your use and cost to pay. If you want me to have for you ready breakfast and dinner this will be a cost of Bedroom + Food for $250 + power and internet as described. Yes you can stay for the full duration if you want to as well. I have 3 indoor cats, and a fourth one that come time to time but live outdoor, but you can keep your bedroom cats free, I hope your are not allergic to cats. Livingroom, Kitchen, Bathroom are shared places, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dryier Microwave and other equipement are all shared as well. just let me know if you want me to reserve the bedroom. Thank you for the reply, I hope this arrangement goes well and if you don't mind renting the room out to someone coming from oversea. i cant come for viewing since am presently out of New Zealand, I like what I saw about the room on the website so I would like to rent it from you.
I am currently in Suid-Afrika, Cape town and will be coming to New Zealand within 2 weeks or month end . I will be there for at least a year on company business and assignment , and I need a room to make use of for that duration of my marketing research project. Though I will be moving around a lot, between cites for market research and few seminars , I will still need a base, a place I can call home and feel comfortable in during my stay in New Zealand.
My company will be sponsoring my trip and they will also be responsible for the rent payment for the room and other bills during my stay.
Kindly provide me with information regarding the total cost of the room per month plus deposit including the date of availability and contract duration. If there is anything else i need to know or you will require please kindly let me know as soon as possible.
