Personal and private letter addressed to a Canadian beneficiary found through unidentified means. Apparently the accountant's Canadian client died 2 years ago in the UK and the accountant only recently found out. Insurance amount is in USD and there's no insurance company name at all. Nothing is needed to confirm that the beneficiary is related to the client, and only your name, address, occupation, phone/fax, email address, and reference number from the letter. There are many punctuations and grammar errors. All the wording is too general. United accountant inc is based in the UK but Google search provides no company by this name. I looked up the address and it points to a Starbucks in London.
Since you’re here …
we have a small favour to ask. More people are visting Scamdex and Scamalot than ever but advertising revenues are falling fast and we have no 'product' to sell.
And unlike many informational websites, we haven’t put up a paywall or membership barrier – we want to keep our site as open as we can.
So you can see why we need to ask for your help. Scamdex/Scamalot websites takes a lot of time, money and hard work to keep running. We do this because we
hate to see our fellow humans getting scammed out of their hard-earned money by low-lives.
