Something about this St Louis Craigslist ad for a 1998 Jeep Wrangler and trailer didn\'t quite add up, so I typed the person\'s alleged name into a search engine and found this site. Thanks SCAMDEX!

Here is the email that I recieved from the apparently fake seller:
Hello ,
My name is Jane, and I\'m emailing you about the Jeep Wrangler I have for sale. The SUV is in perfect condition, with no need for any additional repairs. Flawless exterior/interior condition, no scratches and no dents. It has never been involved in an accident. The mileage is 48,500, automatic transmission, with an 4.0L 6 Cylinder engine size, white exterior and brown interior. It has a clear title with no loans or liens on it. The price was reduced at $3,900 as I need to sell the SUV before the 24th of May when I will be leaving with my platoon back to Afghanistan, so I don\'t want it getting old in my backyard.

I emailed this guy about this too good to be true offer and he responded with:
My name is Annette, and I'm emailing you about the 2008 Nissan Altima 3.5 SL I have for sale. The car is in perfect condition, with no need for any additional repairs. The mileage is 26,974, automatic transmission, with an 6 Cylinder engine , Front Wheel Drive, white exterior and tan leather interior. It has a clear title with no loans or liens on it. The price was reduced at $3,600 as I need to sell the car before the 7th of June when I will be leaving with my platoon back to Afghanistan, so I don't want getting it old in my backyard. He then told me to give him my full name and phone number. He said it was all arranged through AMAZON.COM and it will be shipped at his expense.
so i asked for the VIN# and he stopped emailing me
