Carsales ad scam

Bahjat John Kilzi responded in an SMS to my ad to sell a car on Carsales but he wanted me to contact him back on the email address shown above.
I contacted him as requested and he responded with the email below and I responded to his email with the email above his.
Hello Bahjat,

Thanks for your response.

I can supply an ANZ Account Number which has no money in it but will allow you to transfer money in. Since you are not able to inspect the vehicle, I advise that I will take the vehicle off the market when I can verify that payment has been made to my account. I hope this arrangement is acceptable to you.

Please advise what other information you need on the car?

Following a couple more emails he requested I pay Western Union for transport costs prior to getting any money from him and following is my last email to him as a response to his last email and phone call to me.

Hello Bahjat,
In response to this email below and your phone call at 10:29 today, I confirm verbal advice that I am not prepared to proceed with the Western Union transfer until appropriate payment is made to my account.
