We shall consider a possibility to collaborate with your Project, as we deem fit and communicate with you accordingly and reach to a mutual agreement to facilitate the total amount needed. What ever the out come of our consideration is, we expect your full understand and cooperation. Capital Funding PJSC funds projects through conventional loans of 3% per annum through out the period under consideration. At this point, do note our procedure to finalize a funding collaboration with a project.
1. First Appraisal Reading: The Capital Funding PJSC's Board of Director who are sole decision makers in the funding process will have to official review the project as presented to determine if the project is within our scope of funding and to confirm if the approved budget for re-investment can accommodate the funding of this project. If after this first appraisal reading, the CF Board confirms that this project will be funded by Capital Funding PJSC, the project owners will be officially informed and the project owner will be issued with the official copy of the CF Macro loan application form which will be filled to support the project as presented for the purpose of re-evaluation and assessment (due diligence), Funding Consideration and Resolution Letter.
2. Re-evaluation and Assessment (Due diligence): This due diligence is rendered by a group of private business consultant here in Abu Dhabi. The re-evaluation process is the most important exercise in the funding consideration process. All projects which is adopted for funding by CF Board during the first reading appraisal are recommended for re-evaluation. This re-evaluation and assessment process defines the foundation and the basis for sanctioning the loan to the project owners. It defines the terms and condition for sanctioning this funding and such conditions forms the foundation of the funding agreement which will bind Capital Funding PJSC and the project owners.The project owner bears the due diligence charges for the Due Diligence/Re-evaluation processes, which the accruing amount is $25.650 USD (Twenty Five Thousand six hundred and fifty Dollars) As soon as the due diligence process is finalized, and funding offer will be officially made from Capital Funding PJSC to the project owners.
3. Finalization: As soon as the terms for sanctioning the loan has been defined and if the terms and conditions as stated is acceptable by the project owners, the project owners will be officially invited to sign the funding agreement to confirm the collaboration between Capital Funding PJSC on this project.
