MORRIS ANDREW, I am the New Delegate from World Bank African Region, I am directed to contact you by the ministers to urgently confirm if actually you instructed one Dr. James Baker and Prof. Charles C. Soludo. The Former Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).and his Colleagues who claim to be your business associate/partner in Nigeria to make claim on your behalf. The said people are claiming that you are dead and therefore will like to change all your Information with us as bonafide beneficiary of your fund.
