Robert claimed to work with New Zealand Oil and Gas (NZOG) as a rig mechanic and we are presently offshore in New Zealand Taranaki Basin on kupe project. Once payment for the car went through he would send someone to pick it up only his courier required a fee "Apologies, i just got a mail from my courier now that a commission fee (Pickup Fee) of $1,689 has to be payed in order for them to schedule a date and time of coming for the pickup. But do not worry i will be making the payment of the commission fees with the full amount into your bank account. My private courier service headquarters is in the CHINA and all commission payments made for pickup from anywhere in the world is sent to their head quarters in the China and the only form of payments they accept is Western Union Money Transfer. I would have done it myself but there is no post office on offshore in New Zealand and i tried to pay online (www.westernunion.com.au) but i will need a credit card which i didn't bring aboard the offshore, So as soon as you have been notified by PayPal about the full payment. All i am asking you is to help me proceed with the transfer of the commission fees through western union after the full payment has been made into your PayPal account so that my courier can come for the pickup and other necessary things that needs to be done. I will appreciate your help here. I will be making the full payment as soon i read back from you.. " THEN - He said he would add the fee to the total and transfer via pay pal only catch pay pal wont release the money until the MONEY until the fee is paid to courier. - Paypal dont deal with western money transfers and this is a total scam. From what ive read here this guy is isuing different names but the same story. | |||
