Hi,
Thanks for your interest in my jet ski, it\'s still available for sale in perfect condition, no scratches, no damage, no mechanical or electrical problems. It will come on a trailer along with the title and the other papers. It was used only in fresh water and has low hours. The fact is that I just moved in England with work ( I work for a phone company) and I cannot sell the jet ski here because it\'s not made for the British market. So I\'m forced to sell it back to US cheaper and I will support all the shipping costs. We can do the transaction safely with the help of a third party shipping company that protects both the sellers and the buyers in this type of transactions. If you are interested please let me know so we can figure out a way to complete this transaction safely for both of us. Ok?
Where are you located?
Thanks.

Hi,
Like I already told you in my first email I\'m in England now and the jet ski is also in England, but I can ship it easily back to US directly at your address and I\'m willing to support all the shipping costs if you are a real buyer. The shipping process will take about 5-6 working days and will be done by plane. Because I had some bad experiences in the past I\'m willing to use a third party shipping company that can protect both of us in this transaction. Let me explain you how it works: first you need to provide me your details (name, address, cell phone number), then I will take the jet ski to the shipping company and I will forward them your delivery details. After they start the shipping process you will get a tracking number to verify on their official website to see the status of your shipment, a shipping invoice and the payment instructions. Then you will have to deposit the payment into the shipping company secured bank account and THEY WILL HOLD YOUR MONEY there until you receive and you check the jet ski and the papers. You will have 10 days to do that and after the 10 testing days you need to decide if you want to keep the jet ski or not. Only after you decide to keep it, the shipping company will give me your money. In case you don\'t want to keep it, the shipping company will return you all the money and get me back the jet ski. It\'s very simple and very safe for both of us. So....if you are still interested please let me know so we can move forward with the transaction.
Thanks.

9/25/2012 Confirmed purchase of 2 jet skis (SR #: YAM A4958C909 and YAM A3520A909 and trailer found on http://www.everyboat.com with Diane Foster, 206 Bury New Rd, Whitefield, Manchester, M45 8QP United Kingdom. Website led us to believe the skis were in Houston, TX. Diane Foster told us the skis were in England with her and had to be shipped with her choice of shippers, British Transports. With instructions from Daniel Preston, General Manager of British Transports, on 9/25/2012 Wells Fargo Bank Transferred $5,500.00 from our account to: LLOYDS TSB BANK, 254 Northolt Road, South Harrow,HA2 8DZ, United Kingdom into the account of Account holder: British Transports, 20 Broadwick Street, London W1F 8HT, United Kingdom. British Transport confirmed receipt of the money transfer and set up delivery for the jet skis was scheduled for 10/9/2012 at 9 a.m. Several emails confirmed delivery at that time. We had no responses to several emails sent from 9/28/2012 to 10/1/2012 when we received confirmation of everything including the delivery date of 10/9/2012 at 9 a.m. We were at the delivery site of 184 Live Oak Road, Springtown, TX 76082 at 9 am. and no delivery has appeared at this time 9:35 p.m. No email or phone responses either. At 2:00 p.m. my husband requested me to search http://www.ask.com for "Is British Transport Fake or Real?" I did and was redirected to www.scamdex.com which showed the emails we recieved almost word for word. It also named Daniel Preston involved with scams with various jet skis and various people. The name Jackie Packet was also mentioned and it was also pointed out that British Transport didn't appear to be real either.

She must have copied the same bull to everyone who answered. I got the same long story....
The bank account name doesn't match the company name
She asks for US funds but lives in the UK, so she says
The company sends no information ,just a tracking number and she actually sends it to you through her email
He called twice with the story about trying out for 10 days....? Who ships their property overseas to a complete stranger to try for 10 days??
She says it takes 3 days for the transfer to show up.? It's direct that day
The shipper has no fax only an email for you to email his transfer information or proof you really sent it.
WANT ANY MORE INFORMATION JUST EMAIL US.............PAM OR BRUCE

Hi, I was thinking about using www.british-transports.com. I used them before and I was very satisfied with their services. Ok? They offer good protection in this type of transactions to buyers and also to the sellers. They need to hold at the same time my jet skis and your money and then they will make the exchange safely between us. They will first bring you my jets, you will have 10 days to test them and if after the 10 testing days you decide to keep the jets, then the shipping company will give me your money. Ok....I will wait your answer as soon as possible so I can know what to do. Thanks.
My scam radar went off with this person seeming so pushy to get my info and wanting to use a company outside the US where I have no legal recourse should I had to go that route. Don't fall for it.
