Does it need anything to be replace or repair?how long have you owned it? Any additional Photos?
I replied to him, and said that I can take more pictures if he wanted,
Here is his response:
Okay.. I will be paying the 2.9% PayPal surcharge from my account. So i will be paying directly into your PayPal account without any delay, and i hope you have a paypal account. If you have one already, just send me the address to send it to, which is the email address you use for it or you can send me a paypal money request, so once i receive the details i will go ahead with the payment through PayPal and then i will contact my shipping company after you get the payment. I will need your home address for the merchandise to be Picked Up by the Shipping Company..
I answer him and asked if he wants to buy my car wihout see it and he answer:

They will be coming from UK....kindly get back to me with your paypal details for me to have you paid also the pick up can be arranged as soon as we can..many thx
That sounds good for me and a sended my paypal account and after this email came and I started to think this could be a scamer:
I will be sending funds ASAP but before i make the payment, there is something i need you to be aware of,i just received an email from the shipping company that will be in charge of the pick up.They are saying i need to pay them their fees which is $1,000 before they proceed with coming for it and the only form of payment that they accept is Western Union Money Transfer.Where i am,the nearest union office is 8hrs from me and i could also send it online using their website, but they are not accepting any of my Credit cards.I don\'t know if it will be OK,if i include this agent\'s fees in the payment i will be sending you now,so on receipt of the total funds, you will remove the additional funds of $1,000 and help me send it at your local Western Union office which can be found at the post office or you could send it online at www.westernunion.com.Let me know if this is OK and i will proceed with the payment.
I googled his name, and found numerous hits, Thank you guys to shows me who this scammer is.
