Here are a few things that you can do to help yourself be more prepared and efficiently perform your assignments.
Make a list of all Western Union and Money Gram locations in your area. This can be done by visiting the “LOCATIONS” section at westernunion.com and moneygram.com. Once you’ve made the complete list you can e-mail it to me so that I can see your progress!
Make sure to familiarize yourself with the HELP section of your Task Manager! That section has useful information that will help you process all tasks efficiently and succeed with our company to create growth opportunities.
Bear in mind that your first task may come on any given day. Many factors have influence over receiving your task, some of which are: if an employee is checking their TM on time, the number of transactions that we have to process on any given day and your place in our que.
You should abide by the rules and recommendations very closely while not being afraid to ask questions, demonstrate basic proficiency and common-sense in all areas, be willing to learn, and demonstrate your punctuality, ability to follow instructions, and to exercise discretion and privacy at all times during the training period.
