We hereby acknowledge receipt of your email and we have today presented your signed offer/quotation along-with Pro-forma Invoice No. 05-0017-0024 (based on your CIF Net total cost of $3,481,540 (USD) to ERFHRO Contract Procurement Committee (Board) for unanimous approval & your products it’s satisfactorily approved. However, by tomorrow we’ll proceed with the contract processing & we’ll forward to you a draft Contract (MOU) for you to review and sign & make possible amendment before signing the Contract hard copies. Note; the registration & legalization fee (depository for non indigenous contractor/suppliers) will cost US$9,550.00 and is payable by bank draft issued by Togo Banks & it's payable after endorsement of the contract (contract closure) Therefore, we’ve obtained (attached) the registration & legalization form for you to be aware of the exact amount to be paid upon arrival in Togo for the contract endorsement. Also, be aware that you are required to come forward or delegate your representative to come to Togo (for 1 day or 2 visit) for physical contract closure & the endorsement of the Official Bank Fund Release Order (payment warrant documents) for the bank to effectively remit your contract sum while physically present in Togo.
