am buying this for my son as a surprise gift. I can only pay through
paypal at the moment as i don\'t have access to my bank account online(i
dont have internet banking with it), but i have it attached to my
paypal account, and this is why i insisted on using paypal to pay,all
i will need is your paypal email address to make the payment, and if
you dont have a paypal account yet, you can set one it cant take you
less than 3mins to do that, i will be expecting your paypal email so l
can pay. I have a pick up agent that will come for the pick up after
payment has been sorted, l will be waiting for your reply asap.. |

Here is a copy of the email from the father after his daughters initial enquiry about a condo for rent.

I am ready for the payment I am at sea at the moment as i am a marine engineer and due to the nature of my work, phone calls making and visiting of website are restricted but i squeezed out time to check mail and reply,Perpetual make me understand is OK with your rent and am ready to make the payment now,pls kindly help me to assist my daughter in anyway cause she the only child i have,i lost her mother last year of November in a car accident and i promised to take care of Perpetual till my last day on earth,so i want you to see her as your family,friend,and Sister,and daughter.I hope to place you a visit before the end of the year.
About the payment I insisted on paypal and i can also transfer from my paypal to your bank but some people don't like giving out their bank details online, i don't have internet banking, but i can pay from my paypal account, as i have my bank a/c attached to it, i will need you to give me your paypal email address and the Total amount for two month so i can make the payments asap for the rent and pls if you don't have paypal account yet,it is very easy to set up, go to www.paypal.com. and get it set up, after you have set it up i will only need the e-mail address you use for registration with paypal so as to put the money through. ...

'Perpetual Lawson' responded to a property ad on Gumtree and told me her father would be taking care of the rent for her. He turned out to have the exact same details as a scam already published on this site. 'Perpetual's' e-mail is pelawson1@gmail.com
