1 |  +1 Office Store 24.co.uk The company was listed with Amazon.co.uk site. I found the product I wanted in Amazon listing. I clicked on the product and was taken to another site unbeknownst to me. I assumed that since this is Amazon it is ok to place order with them. Placed the order and tried to pay credit card but like your other person, the payment on the webpage does not work. Emailed them and they told me that they have problems with the payment page so they asked me to pay to their bank account.

I am going to see if I can get the Office of Fair Trading to close them down. Will update this page when I get further with this. I spoke to Amazon and they said they cannot do anything and I should talk to Office of Fair Trading. So buyers beware that Amazon will take no responsibilities about suppliers who sell through their site.

I also sent up for a chair from these people, using a link from amazon. They phoned me almost instantly saying the card machine was not working, and pay by BACS which I did. When delivery date came round, no chair. I could not phone as the number would not accept incoming calls or messages. I emailed, and got a reply saying the manufacturer was late, and I would recieve the chair direct. When I emailed again the e mail address came back as notification failure, so it looks like I have lost my money. Amazon will do nothing, and trading standards have advised me to see if my bank can do anything. I still have their bank account details, if anyone wants them!,
