Due to the language used in the e-mails I have received from both David Scarth and Wei Hongli (they seem to be the same person)I am assuming that this scam originates in China, or elsewhere in Asia.

I ordered a bridesmaids dress on line through their website. Their initial communication was not particularly reassuring. However, I did receive \'a\' dress a week later. While it did bear some resembelance to the dress I ordered, it was faulty (zipper did not zip up, band around the middle barely tacked on) it was the wrong size, (despite me giving them my exact measurements) and the wrong colour (they specify on their website that there may be some colour variation) however, the dress was a completely different colour green. I ordered \'Pine Green;\' they gave me \'Olive Green.\'

I then contacted them via e-mail to let them know that I was not happy and as per their return policy, I was prepared to return the dress within 15 days for a full refund. They replied by asking me to firstly send them pictures of the dress, which I did noting all the aspects of the garment that were unsatisfactory. What ensured was three days worth of back and forth e-mails in which they person in question (going by both the name of David Scarth and Wei Hongli) basically refused to refund me more than $50AU. I have still not received this, despite the fact that they say it\'s been paid. Furthermore, they do not answer my questions directly, and will not give me a receipt number or details of this $50 payment they supposedly made.

Since then, I have done some research on-line and discovered through their FB page and WEBUTATION that I am not the first who has had this experience with this website. Complaints seem to go back to last year.
