In respect of the delivery of the funds by the assigned UN/Presidential Diplomat Dr. Diamond Darden, please be rest assured that the consignment are going to be delivered as I have assured you because that was is the reason why I am in charge of the Presidential Special Initiative Committee that was set up to ensure that the recovered funds at the Airport gets to you. The issue is that the needed and vital documentation is to back up the 2 Boxes approving that the funds are legal and are not meant for any other use that will contradict the laws of the United States. I do understand your state of mind but be fully assured that the funds belongs to you and are going to be delivered to you no matter the situation and condition because you have the support of the Vice President His Excellency John Dramani Mahama. In regards to the questions that were asked by you concerning the whereabouts of the recovered funds.
