Thanks for your reply and assistance so far. I have just concluded arrangements with the visitors for the trip to your place for that period. However, A Certified Bank Cheque for £ 3, 400 was issued by the company sponsoring the visitors to cover the cost of accommodation and transport for the visitors who are coming for this vacation. I will not be able to make a deposit separately because all the money meant for their accommodation and transport came in one cheque package, Therefore i have been instructed to send you the Cheque, so when you receive the cheque payment, You are required to deduct your cost of hosting and keep the balance of their money which has already been designated by the company for the transportation of the visitors. I will need you to provide the following information to send you the cheque. 1, YOUR FULL NAME (AS IT SHOULD APPEAR ON THE CHEQUE) 2, YOUR ADDRESS / POSTCODE and 3, YOUR PHONE NUMBER.
