  Information

   Simon Phillips
Email Address:

My husband was recently lost his job so is looking for work.
I deal with doing all the applications etc. I set up an email account specifically for his job hunting because it\'s easier than his using his main account because we don\'t then have to look through all his emails looking for the job related ones.
I checked his email this morning & found the email from:-
SIMON PHILLIPS
Email = office.hr.simon@gmail.com
Seeing the email was a gmail.com address it rang alarms bells so I decided to google the email address & discovered that my suspicions were true - THIS IS A SCAM.
They intimate that they have received the \"job application\" from totaljobs.com - this is blatantly a lie to make it sound more \"legit\".
As you can see from the email received the job sounds wonderful - paid training period + commission, then after training you still a basic wage of nearly £2k per month + commission. Too good to be true & it seems its not (true that is).
I have spoken to totaljobs.com to make them aware that someone is using their name to deceive people into thinking that they are offering a real job. The case ID from totaljobs.com is 00270353.
I have responded to this email to call their bluff. Below is the email I sent to Mr. Phillips & guess what - it\'s been 4 hours & I\'ve not had a reply - Surprise! Surprise! (as Cilla would say LOL).

MY EMAIL REPLY
Dear Mr Phillips
I have recently applied for several vacancies, so as I am sure you can appreciate I cannot recall applying for your vacancy.
I would therefore be very grateful if you could provide me with additional information such as, a full job description, location, company name etc.
I look forward to hearing from shortly & hopefully join your organisation.
Thanking you in anticipation.
