them email address appears to originate from a university of Pennsylvania secure server, which if it is not a spoofed email (likely), is telling. The email alias is \"UAE Trade Impex,\" which I did not find in open source. The UAE stands for United Arab Emirates. This is a fairly straight forward scam to either get bank account information, or to install malware by enticing the addressee to click on the link, or both. Also, note that secure-web.cisco.com is not a legitimate cisco site.
