So I get an email from an unknown \"north34@zoominternet.net and notice a word (.doc) attachment. I also notice the \"To:\" box is empty of not only my name / email address but completely absent of any recipient\'s name (RED FLAG).

Apparently Nokia and Windows Phone have randomly selected me for the September 2014 Promotion Lottery.
YEAH!!!! $500,000.00 and a Nokia X2 Dual SIM Android Smartphone (See full text below) ~~~~ How lucky am I!!!! :)

Born at night - but not last night, I notice only an email address for the reply (QQ.com) and not a zooninternet.net address as per the sender. A little \"Google\" to find there\'s NO REAL website for this \"company\" and in fact it\'s not actually active but could be potentially purchased (??). As for QQ.com, well a search there returned information primarily in what I believe to be Mandarin (Chinese).

PLEASE, it\'s nice to think BIG MONEY is coming our way. However, we all know mostly it\'s always a scam. If it were legitimate, you would be contacted by registered mail or courier by a reputable, known and easily traceable (probably lawyers) company as a real \"Lottery\" is legally required to document \"winners\" as well as reasonable due diligence to ensure the rightful \"winner\" receives the asset(s) identified. ALL LEGITIMATE LOTTERIES HAVE GOVERNMENTAL RULES OF OPERATION AND AUDITS to protect the public and ensure the collection of any appropriate taxes.
