1 |  +5 Job Scam the person had put up an advertisement for a job,(executive secretary),but they had not put an email address to which one is supposed to send their cv.So I sent them a message through the website,asking for the email address since I was interested.
They replied and gave me the address.I sent my resume,of which they got back to me.They told me I was scheduled for an interview,I had to call a certain number they had provided to enquire more.I called and the person I talked to (Aritoni Oluchiri),told me to go to their offices the following day,but didn't give me the exact location.He told me their offices were on ngong road,and I should call him once I reach Uchumi Supermarket,so that he can direct me from there.
I did what he told me,but when I called him,he told me we did not have an appointment and that he was a busy person,I should send him my email address so that he can send me some forms that I was to fill,and return back,but the forms would cost me Ksh.150.
I thought that was little money no one would rob me such,so I sent the money.I was sent the forms,I filled and emailed back to them
He later sent me other forms that were to be filled by my referees and sent back to them,of which it was done.He later told me that I was to have a Skype interview with him before the actual interview with my would be employer(he was a recruiting agent).He even gave me the time for the interview,but first I had to send him Ksh.1470,so that he could handover my resume to the would be employer for an interview.
After sending him the money,all of a sudden there was no interview,infact he never bothered with the Skype address.To my suprise he asked for more money,telling me that the person I was going to work for,travels alot and as a P.A I would be expected to travel with "her".He wanted me to send him Ksh.4500 so that he could process travelling documents.
At this point I realized that there was no job and the guy was just milking me money.I did not send him the 4500. |

Offers tenders through a church in loresho which is actually not in Kenya called Abundant Harvest Christian Fellowship.

Emailed me from a group called graduate professionals claiming my profile matches their job advertsement by admiss. Asked me to send my CV then asked me to pay for printing fee 180 and more printing fee 380. They did not even know what position i had applied for . Then they came up with a yellow fever vaccination which them only had to offer thats when I realised it was a scam. The guy pretends to have an American accent.

Application for an advertised job through admiss@mail.com. They sent me some questionnaires that I filled and submitted online. Then asked to send my academic certificates and referrals testimonies, which I did. They asked me for ksh. 180 to scan and send me a 9pages doc Called Standard Portfolier for Ephatha, I sent.
They got back after a day that I was shotlisted for an interview and had emerged 2nd in the questionnaire. They asked for ksh.430 (transaction/clerical cost ) of sending my documents to the prospective employer. I sent the money. They then sent a two paged doc called Academic certificates Examination request doc.
I bacame suspicious of the consultant and begun thorough search on the net. That's how I came about this site and just had to thank you all for saving my time, money and emotional stress this scam.
It's real, true and happening.
The consultant claims to be on
11th drive chiromo, Westlands. At times Kuna drive Loresho.

he called me and told me that i had applied for an ict job which i actualy did .he gave me interview questions and we communicated for three days.at first i had to send a fee of 150 then another one of 494 to them .and that was it i never heard from him again .i never found their adress location
