Email expressed interst in my qualifications poped up and questionnaire followed by two minutes phone call about the transfer to

Scammer Information	Name: Name Unknown	Email Address: careers@naborsoffshoredrilling.com	Telephone: +1 281 404 2355

Email poped up stating interest in my qualifications provided that scammed company (Nabors) is not in my core domain.
I tested the email with positive email to pursue further the matter.
scammer replied with questionnaire form lacks any thorough content.
I filled the form to further test their intentions.
Scammers replied with two minute phone call from +1 281 404 2355 of the transfer to USA followed by sending job offer.
My key suspicion was that no interviews conducted and the job position doesn't fit with the company,a business.
My request for clarification via email about all the above was left unanswered.

P.S. scammers used the real names of Nabors HR manager and the drilling manager.
