In yesterday meeting with the United Nation Organization (UNO) representative and the Board Director of US Treasury, they have given a waiver signed letter to the Privatized Diplomatic Delivery Service Agent Mr. Gary Smith to travel to your Address which you are going to provide for the deliver of your ATM CARD to you without any problem and your new registration code is (WFB-00316) and your secrete four (4) digit pin Code is ( 9215 ) and they have talk with the of the Insurance Official here to reduce the cost of Insurance Coverage Certificate from official $390 to $150.
