Sir,

This is a confirmation to the settlement we reach on the petition
from United States Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and
Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) on your behalf against
United Nation and International Monetary Fund sign and endorsed by
Transparency International and Bank of International Settlement on the
consequences for the frustration of your fund transfer cause by the
above mention International organizations

It has been resolved that United Nation and International Monetary
Fund through the United Nations Compensation Commission will has
agree to pay the sum of $1.5billion for settlement of all frustrated
fund beneficiaries due to International Monetary Fund failed Monetary
policy because The Commission accepts claims of individuals,
corporations and Governments, submitted by international
organizations.

After due consultation your name was among the beneficiaries approved
for the settlement, to pay compensation for losses and damage suffered
by most fund beneficiaries as a direct result of failed banking
policies that has cause gross emotional damage as a result of the
fund clearance frustration with banking polices and unfulfilled
promises from banks in United States, As a result of these studies
claims were prepared for several billion dollars worth of damages

The jurisdiction of this Commission is fairly innovative for
international law standards, both in terms of who can claim for
damages (including individuals and corporations) as well as the types
of damage covered, The Commission approved awards of approximately
US$4.6 billion in respect of approximately Five million ($5,000.00)of
each claims, representing roughly 15 per cent of the amount claimed.
indicating that the UNCC awarded the sum of $5,000,000.00 to each
beneficiary

The claims were resolved by panels, each of which was made up of three
Commissioners who were independent experts in different fields
including law, accountancy, loss adjustment and insurance . The panels
were assisted in the verification and valuation of the claims by the
Commission's secretariat, technical experts and consultants and
submitted their recommendations on the claims to the Governing Council
for approval.

With the conclusion of the UNCC Follow-up for Banking policy
frustration, Our priority work is now focused on payment related
activities and ensuring that the outstanding balance of US$ 52.4
billion is paid in full. Please you are advice to forward your form of
identity including your phone number for verification before the draft
will be send to you to contact the clearing bank

The Commissioners were chosen for their integrity, experience and
expertise in such areas as law, accounting, loss adjustment,
assessment of environmental damage, and engineering. They were
international lawyers and other professionals with established
international reputations. The financial diversity of the
Commissioners’ nationalities was an important factor in their
selection. The 59 Commissioners appointed represented 40 different
nationalities to come to this conclusion

we are Waiting for your Urgent Reply so that we will forward the check
to you including the clearing bank to have access to your
$5,000,000.00 now

Yours Truly
Ambassador John Quinn
