This person claimed to be a military person (a picture was provided on the dating website), stationed in Tripoli, Libya purchased jewelry but due to the circumstances in Libya sent his diplomat to Ghana for safe keeping the jewelry. Now that it\'s time to return home on November 10th, the holding company wanted $2500, then $10,000 for shipping, then $30,000 to the African government for export tax. The wire transfer was sent to Joseph Chetri at Ghana between Sept 28, 2012 & October 12,2012.
