Huntsville, Ontario, Canada
| Letter in the mail A letter arrived in the mail, regarding a client in the UK that had passed away. This client was Canadian, but had lived in the UK for over 20 years. Apparently this client had my name and contact information. They died, leaving 3.8 Million dollars behind. This client had the same last name as me, and no immediate relatives. The letter specified that the sender wanted assistance in "repatriation of these funds". In short, I would become a beneficiary with millions of dollars if I just sent out my email address, full name, occupation, phone/fax, and ref number of the letter. I looked up the email address, with scam added after the name, and came to this website. This scam has been used before.|
