Dear Sir,
During the recent re-capitalization exercise in the banking sectors, across Europe, Asia, USA and Africa, by World Bank and IMF financial experts, lots of foreign approved unpaid funds were discovered. However, statistics revealed that they were lots of irregularities and impediments by officials that handled the release of these foreign approved fund in the past, as some of the officials connived and collaborated with some greedy foreigners to claim and divert funds to illegal beneficiaries, who are not the rightful beneficiaries to the approved funds.
In view of the above, World Bank and IMF set up a Fact finding commission under Financial Intelligence Unit, with the mandate to verify the genuineness and authenticity of all delayed unpaid approved funds and find out their rightful beneficiaries as well oversee to the immediate release of all legitimate approved ones, to their rightful beneficiaries. To ensure a successful completion of all genuine foreign debts, World Bank in collaboration with International Monetary Fund (IMF) released the sum of US$1.8 Billion, as bailout funds to empower banks financially, to offset their foreign debts to legitimate beneficiaries whom their approved funds were delayed or denied. Any legitimate beneficiary who has not received his or her approved fund will be entitled to a compensation sum of US$2.7M from the US$1.8 Billion, bailout fund approved by IMF and World Bank. In the course of exercising this assignment, we discovered that your payment was among several unpaid approved funds; hence we contacted you after detailed review of your payment file. In other to expedite the transfer of the approved compensation sum to your account, you are required to reconfirm your details by providing this office with bellow information to enable us upload your approved compensation sum with the nominated paying bank for immediate transfer of the approved bailout compensation fund to your nominated account.

After screening, verification and careful scrutiny conducted by the Fact finding commission of the office of the financial intelligence Unit on the beneficiary whose information is clearly stated below as Mr.George Smith of 24/28 William Iv Street, London WC2N 4DL UK. In respect to the delayed approved fund,we discovered from the data and logistics evidence made available to this commission and a confirmed computer analysis report which shows that the beneficiary was among several genuine beneficiaries that their approved fund payment was delayed. With the confirmation and actualization of this fact as made available to this commission, the beneficiary is therefore legally and qualified to receive the Joint regulatory World Bank and International Monetary fund Bailout compensation Fund of Two million seven hundred thousand ($2,700.000.00) United States dollars only to the nominated account of the beneficiary.

By the power confined on this commission by the financial intelligence unit under the auspices of joint regulatory committee of the World Bank and IMF we have directed the high court to issue the beneficiary with a new certificate of fund Ownership by the legal order of an affidavit sworn on behalf of the beneficiary via the attorney to this commission, this commission hereby has advised the nominated paying bank to immediately honor this resolution and proceed with the payment of the World Bank and IMF bailout compensation fund of $2.7m only on payment of the processing fee of world bank and IMF approved INDEMNITY INSURANCE RELEASE BOND fees of Eight hundred and forty-one ($841.00) United States dollars only, as contained in the financial regulatory Act, Section 11 CAP 23. Please note that this notification remends irrevocable and authentic to be used as a legal information for and or on behalf of the fund beneficiary. You are required to find the attached copies of the World Bank Payment Release Approval Order and International Monetary Fund Payment Approval Release Order issued in the interest of your fund and for your record purposes.
You are required to make immediate payment of $841.00 only to enable this commission cover the INDEMNITY INSURANCE RELEASE BOND, this will proof beyond every financial reasonable doubt and before the HM Treasury in UK that the said funds transferred into your account is legal and obtained from the World Bank and IMF bailout compensation fund.
