However, i am pleased to inform you that I have received a swift code instruction from Reserve Bank of USA to release this $5 Million USD to you without any delays. The African Union and United Nations Compensation Commission irrevocably approved this non-repayable compensation payment of US$5 Million USD to be release to you. Therefore I am going to release this fund to you as soon as possible.
