I received the below mail and finally came to know that he is a scammer. Hence request you to take appropriate action against this person. Dear Loganda, How are you? I received the signed Power Of Attorney. I so much appreciate all your effort in this probate matter. I am happy I was able to scale through in procuring the papers effectively. All the needed documents for this transfer have been ascertained, especially the Court Approval Letter [Recognition Letter] which is among the key documents which you are to present to the bank. So, this is the bank email address and the contact phone number, finance@my-bsn-my.com Phone: +601-7279-2800. Fax: +60-3-2178-4811. Please, always work with my instructions especially now that you are opening a correspondence with the finance house. I have done my special part in this transaction and I wish you could do your part. I am here to advise and guide you throughout your communications with the bank. Please, you must always adhere to my instructions for the perfect and effective finish of this transaction. The bank might ask some questions to effectively discharge their duties. If you are unable to answer any question thrown to you by the bank, kindly refer them to your attorney [MR. MOHD ASRULNIZAM BIN HARUN]. Definitely, they will contact me once they receive a claim on my late client\'s inheritance. They can be inquisitive so as to discharge their functions effectively and to protect their client from loss as well. Tell them Mr. Damian Manikandan was your cousin should they ask you. Meanwhile, you are to lay a claim requesting the transfer of the aforementioned fund which has been under their custody.
