Follow Ups/Extra Information. Most recent is listed first.
Our company is a procurement company based in Johannesburg. We received an email from a Mr Q. Nkomo a director for a mining company in bulawayo Zimbabwe, called "falcon gold mine" asking as to quote on goods they needed. We googled the products and landed on a German website called Bauer instruments and systems the website is www.baueris.de, we then sent an email to salesglobal@baueris.de to inquire about the products. We then received an email from a Mr John Webber email address : sales@baueris.co.za phone numbers : +27215160606 and ±27849935800 who claimed to be the agent for bauer Germany here in south Africa and was the only one that stocked these products, the suppliers alleged he was based in wellington western cape. He sent us a quote on the products which amounted to over R2.4 million rands. We then contacted our "client" falcon gold zimbabwe and issued them with our quotation. They then sent us the purchase order and intend to purchase letter. Everything had falcon gold mine Zimbabwe company logos as well as the emails. The problem started when Mr John Webber started to demand we deposit 40% of the total amount into another account when we refused he brought down the deposit to 10%. We then realized something was not right and sent our manager to wellington to verify if indeed this bauer instruments and systems had an office. The address that was on the letter head for Mr John Webber never existed the manager drove up and down the street and could never trace the office. We tried to call Mr Webber and he was giving endless excuses and still insisting we make the deposit we then realized it was a scam and decided to contact the real falcon gold mine in Zimbabwe who confirmed we were been scammed. This is the website the Zimbabwe scammers are using www.falcongoldmine.com and these are the emails info@falcongoldmine.com, qnkomo@falcongoldmine.com, rfqs@falcongoldmine.com and bnyabadza@falcongoldmine.com

I received a phone called in December from a guy called kenny 0782975688 who said he has a customer Makovha Gold Mining in Zimbabwe who are looking for Blamtex Cutters & drills. He stated because this is a big order he cannot supply Makhova mine and would like my company to do so. I received the order from a Elton Boka "purchasing Manager" from Mokohva Mine, 00263 777387653 / 00263 77 738 7654 who sent me a comfirmed order (e-mail - purchasing@makovha.com). I in turn placed the order with a guy called Nkosi (078 345 4962) & Rodney 078 346 7329 , landline 087 550 2438 from Yudal mining. The order was for over a million, but i decided only purchase goods worth R 61 000.00 from the company. After i have done the deposit, Nedbank phoned me and told about the this Client who only opened an account in Dec 2012

I hope I find you well. As mentioned during our brief conversation earlier on, we made an enquiry through Mr Charles Sithole regarding sourcing and supplying us with certain products from RSA. In his response he indicated to me that you are in a position to source, procure, and supply us hense my follow up.
Briefly, we are a private gold mining company based in the Midlands province of Zimbabwe at which I hold a position of Senior Purchasing Manager My name is Elton Boka. We are looking for a potential supplier from RSA, someone we can liase with on monthly basis in terms of our product requirements. We would be willing to go into a contract of a year's supply with the potential supplier (starting January 2012). I have an URGENT need for certain products as per our year-end purchases and would like to know if you are in a position to do the quantities required. The products are BLAMTEX Stone Cutting Blades,BLAMTEX Pneumatic Drills, BLAMTEX Lubricators.(P/s note BLAMTEX is an Australian made product).
