Inheritance for humanity work
 Scammer
  Information
Name:
Kristy Johnson
Email Address:
lawfirm4@rogers.com
I\'m not easily fooled and alarm bells went off as soon as I saw a reference to Baylor Health, why would an attorney use someone from Baylor health to send me this message.

Email from a Kristy Johnson telling me I have inherited money for humanitarian work. Contact Attorney Gilbert Rogers. The sender has a Baylor.edu email address and at the bottom of the page is a privacy disclaimer that looks so real and mentions Baylor Health Care System. I just so happens I\'m a nurse and I think they got my email from Careers.com on which I\'m registered. I was not scammed as I check out these types of emails on factcheck or Scamdex.
This is the email:

I am sending you this email on behalf of Mrs. Jenny Bishop
and in regards to her last wish. She has decided to will her
inheritance to you for Humanitarian work and your personal
use.
For more info contact Attorney Gilbert Rogers on
email address: lawfirm4@rogers.com
Yours,
Kristi Johnson

Since you’re here …
we have a small favour to ask. More people are visting Scamdex and Scamalot than ever but advertising revenues are falling fast and we have no 'product' to sell. And unlike many informational websites, we haven’t put up a paywall or membership barrier – we want to keep our site as open as we can. So you can see why we need to ask for your help. Scamdex/Scamalot websites takes a lot of time, money and hard work to keep running. We do this because we hate to see our fellow humans getting scammed out of their hard-earned money by low-lives.
