 Scammer
  Information
Name:
John Cast
Email Address:
johncast@gmail.com
Sends SMS asking for email address.
Then sends email advising he will pay monies plus his agents shipping fees to Paypal. The seller is then required to use his own money to pay the shipping agent ,usually in the vicinity of $1500 with FedEx receipt to be sent to Paypal who will release all the funds to the seller.

Obvious scam. Paypal do not set terms on who they distribute monies to. They just follow Instructions on who to pay.
On instructions from the buyer they would apportion the funds to both the shipping agent and the seller.

If the scammer sends out 1000 requests to buy, and only gets a 5 percent response that\'s gives him 50 to work with.
He only has to get one of the 50 and he has made $1500 for a days work sitting at his laptop.
