Thanks for the reply. I am interested in the immediate purchase. I am okay with the price. I have read the ad and it\'s okay by me. My work does not permit me to come for the inspection (very busy and currently out of town)
I can only make the payment via paypal because it\'s very safe and secure for both of us. In case you don\'t have a paypal account I\'ll advice you to register for one at www.paypal.com.au.
Question: Is there anything I need to know about it.
Contact via phone would have been the easiest means to talk to you, but we are out of cell phone range and the satellite phone is playing up, email is the best means of contact for me at the moment, hope you can accommodate me on this? and I will also like you to remove the Advert online and consider me as your favourite buyer.
In your reply you can send me your PayPal details (Name and email address) so i can effect payment ASAP.
Note:Please provide your address in your reply so that my shipping agent can locate you when coming for the pick up.

Advertised a caravan for sale on gumtree, and received a dodgy looking email in reply very quickly. It was the exact same wording as one listed as a scam by another seller on gumtree.

Norman Rickwood sent a message regarding our gum tree advertisement, and asking us to confirm price via his email. Once price was confirmed, he sent a reply email (see below). Sounded dodgy, and after we googledhis name, found another spam report with same name from gum tree.
