and I thought it worth to let people know about the internal things happen in Mike\'s World and I don\'t know how he is getting away with all the things he is running with. Mike has multiple businesses in Dhaka, Bangladesh and in USA (San Bernardino, CA). I heard from people that he had nothing when he came to usa but without anything how did he make so much property, certainly there are always illegal ways and the way he followed weren\'t legal -- He has been performing illegal activities from few years ago and now what he is doing is like -- hires people in his own organization known as Kazi IT Center Ltd in House#01, Road#11, Nikunjo#2, Khilkhet, Dhaka and force them to do job there by taking their own academic certificates (what is certainly illegal) and force them to do the job for 5 years, there is no way one can leave the job once he/she is appointed. And about the salary what they do, its guaranteed that there are no organization in the world what does the same- no providing salary on time, not providing the full salary, force them to overtime and not paying them the appropriate amount, no payment for simple issues, double no pay for not coming office one day (exactly what happens in garments of Bangladesh). If anyone is fired for anything - he/she does\'t get the salary even if he is the son of president, but if he can come with his dad as his dad is form law enforcement and after bringing his dad he might get the salary. There were few former employees (around 15) were standing beside Kazi IT Center\'s gate and were shouting, tried for getting in the gate as all of them hadn\'t get their last working month\'s salary once they all got fired. There is a saying that, why there is no female worker in this organization - I came to know from one former girl who were appointed and worked there for one month, from here I came to know that - there is this Director Mr. Sobur Kazi (Mike\'s elder brother) he calls his female employees in the office room and allured them of money, beautiful gift for spending night with him as the room beside roof is always empty (once Mike is in usa), but country like Bangladesh hasn\'t got that much down warded that people like Sobur (who doesn\'t have a high school certificate) would be able to do his illegal activities as the way he wants. But he cuts everybody\'s salary and put that in his pocket (there is no way that people in this organization would be disagreed on this). They harasses them by signing in bond paper, force them to sign on that for abiding all the terms and conditions they have but in those agreement there is nothing about the employee, they fire employees but don\'t provide them any termination letter but only call the employee and tell that they are fired.They tell people that they have 200 employees but in real they don\'t have around 100, as they don\'t provide any written termination letter to anybody so they keep that former\'s employee\'s name on that registry book. We want to see organizations without crimes, without politics where number of people work just only to afford their family and in a point they fail to do so only because of poor mentality enriched people. | ||||
