Thanks for your reply and assistance so far. I have just concluded arrangements with the visitors and they have decided to stay at your place for that period. However a Certified Bank Cheque of (€ 5,000) was earlier made out by the Authorities who are sponsoring the guest who are visiting. The Cheque payment was meant to cover for the cost of their accommodation, car rental services, and other necessary arrangements for all the 10 persons who were initially meant to come for this trip together, but due to some circumstances the other 7 persons will not be able to make the trip anymore, so only 3 persons are now coming. I will not be able to make a deposit separately because all the money meant for paying for their accommodation came in one cheque package, Therefore i have been instructed to send you the Cheque, so when you receive the check payment you are required to deduct the cost of your accommodation services and keep the balance of their money which has already been designated by sponsors for other logistics arrangements for the guest. I will give you further instructions on how to use the balance. I need you to confirm this and provide the following information: (1) YOUR FULL NAME FOR THE CHEQUE TO BE PAID TO:.... (2) YOUR FULL ADDRESS:.... (3) YOUR PHONE NUMBER:.... Do you have any car hire arrangement ?
