The first work week due to lack of another line I worked less than three hours. When these hours were presented for payment Eliezer "went silent" and never paid me on them. I made no big deal about it and figured it was because the hours were so minor. Even though legally I was OWED those hours and they should have been paid. Once I started calling again he "started returning my e-mails." I should have known something was up then. The next week when I reported my hours; the total was 38 hours with the hours he already owed me. He once again "went silent" and I had to call him several times to get him to confirm my hours. I had sent him my hours along with instructions on which numbers were called from the lead list which you can view on the site itself. It got heated and he blurted out in a text, that I still have, that he did not want making anymore calls for him and I would "have my money as agreed" on November 6, 2014. We had agreed when I first started work for him that he would direct deposit my funds to be paid to me on Thursday. When November 6 arrived no money had been deposited. A little later Eli sent me a text with tons of excuses; he's going to mail me a check, he is only going to pay for X amount of sales, I'm a con artist (even though he is the one that neglected to pay me for work TWICE), and just about anything else he could think up rather than paying me what he owed me. I filed a complaint against him and they are working on it right now. If he rips anyone else off he may be in big trouble. Please avoid this guy he is not an honorable man. | ||||
