Not sure if it was gumtree or ebay as I advertised on both.


I GOT AN EMAIL ASKING IF FURNITURE IS STILL FOR SALE AND WHAT IS MY FINAL PRICE AND CONDITION OF THE LOUNGE. After I replied yes. Scammers emailed reply below which sounded like a scam and checked with this website and found same style.

Scammers reply- Thanks for getting back,i would like you to get back to me with the list of the item you have with the price likewise the condition as described on the advert...i work with New Zealand Oil and Gas (NZOG) and we are presently offshore in New Zealand Taranaki Basin on kupe project.We do not have access to phone at the moment and that's why I contacted you with internet messaging facility.Regarding the payment,i will be paying you through PayPal linked up with my westpac bank account.Kindly get back to me with your paypal details so i can process the payment,you can alternatively send your bsb account name and number if you have no PayPal account.
You do not have to bother yourself about the shipping.I'll instruct a Shipping Co Agent to come for pick up at your door,when you must have gotten your cash at hand...I will wait for the paypal payment to clear in your account before we proceed with the pickup,once payment has cleared in your account and money is made available,then after i will contact you on how the shipping agent will schedule the pick up time with you and deliver it to my place in Darwin after the whole fund has been cleared into your account thanks.

Selling a projector and this scammer sen through a gumtree message saying they wanted to purchase etc found it weir so I googled scammers and found the same person doing this before. 6/4/2015
