email states that "we recently detected numerous failed attempt to provide the correct answers to your security questions. Therefore we have temporarily suspended online access to your account and we need to go through some verification". The email then asks that you download an attached file "to proceed to verifcation.." the file is actually a "Validation Form.html" and if you click on the "skip to content" you are redirected to the "Wells Fargo" website... and then asked to sign on with your username and password
