1 |  +3 Payment for work by REO service such as snow plowing and other Real estate work. Basically Mike Bourdeau advertised on craigslist looking for field inspectors for banked owned properties - I signed up and plow over 100 driveways only to be paid $200. I know of about 6 other individuals with similar stories. I am posting this since his business is/was out of MA but he was located in GA, I was working out of CT. It all seemed good minus a few things - he was not pleasant to deal with, his promise of payment was far more than actual payment.
Not surprising the msmortgagefieldinspections.com is not under registration any longer.
Most likely Mike is continuing of doing the same scam with others for the snow plowing mowing winterizing etc in the same area or others under a new alias.

We had a contract with safeguard properties for snow removal
unfortunately their requirements are very specific, these guys were not following the requirements, we ended up getting chargeback for most of these properties.
Per our contracts with these guys if we don't get pay we cant pay them. These guys were upsets and requested that we still pay them after we got chargeback. We change the model we actually pay in advance and we make sure we pay the guys in advance

completed hours worth of work only to be told I would be paid pennies and still have not received one payment. Been trying to contact Sundia and now no return phone call or email! I am reporting this company and will be seeking legal counsel against them as well and if needed I will go file a small claim as well. I am in the process of speaking with a lawyer now.
