I am writing to let you know about this scammer who posts as a US Army Captain "Clark McGarthy" has scammed USD $44,550 from me here in Houston, Texas, USA and one other lady in Sarasota, Florida, USA in August 2015. Just recently, I finally realized he is posting as 2 other guys, US Army Captain "Richard Walker" and the shipper of "City Sprint Delivery Services" "John Case". He asked me to be the receiver of his military luggage and kept asking for me to pay all these fake fees. Noted that I have all the receipts and emails as evidence that he scammed me.

I have his IP address (41.206.11.182). It is located in Lagos, Nigeria. His phone number is (872-212-6139). The phone number is a google voip chicago IL USA number. The main email he was using to scam me is city.sprint@deliveryman.com. His secondary email is clarkmcgarthy1@gmail.com. The third one is richygwalker@gmail.com. (Captain Richard Walker is the guy who dropped off Captain Clark McGarthy's military luggage at "City Sprint Delivery Services" in United Kingdom). He sent me his waybill so that I could keep track with the military luggage.

The last time I talked to the scammer was on 10/3/2015. He called me and told me how upset he was after Channel 11 Houston TV station Consumer Advocate wrote him about them doing a story on him. He agreed to pay back my money in December but I don't think he meant it. I told him to pay me back right now. I filed reports with the the Houston police, FBI, and other fraud agencies on 8/29/2015. I have all the reports available plus the interview I did with Channel 11. http://www.khou.com/story/news/local/2015/10/04/woman-scammed-out-of-44k-by-fake-army-captain-on-facebook/73360452/

I wish I know his real name by now. Anyway, I believe he is still scamming other victims. Not sure how many but this really needs to stop.
