Received an email using the email name and address of a friend, with claim his wallet had been stolen on trip to Cruz, gave the 1618 address to send Western Union wire for close to 2K. Info about event scant, no mention of hotel name which was supposed to be holding his belongings, no indication he'd tried to contact his own bank, where, the note said, he had sufficient funds to pay on returning to US...
