Selling car
 Scammer
  Information
Name:
Bahjat John Kilzi
Email Address:
jonnbahjat111@gmail.com
He sms me firstly
"I will (perhaps would) like to know if your car still available for sale and what is your firm price, please get back to me on (jonnbahjat111@gmail.com) for easier contact"

When I responded email as requested, he replied me;
<"Thanks for getting back,i'm cool with the price likewise the condition as described on the advert,i work with New Zealand Oil and Gas (NZOG) and we are presently offshore in New Zealand Taranaki Basin on kupe project.We do not have access to phone at the moment and that's why I contacted you with internet messaging facility.
Regarding the payment,i will be paying you through PayPal linked up with my westpac bank account,please get back to me with your PayPal details so i can process the payment,you can alternatively send your bsb acct name and number if you have no PayPal acct.I have also contacted my courier who will come for pick up and deliver it to my place in Darwin after the whole fund has been cleared into your acct".
Regards,
Bahjat.>

Then I ask him who will come and check the car. He replied;
<"Thanks for the mail,i appreciate your honesty with the detailed explanation with regards to your words on the car status in your advert ,am really satisfied and i also appreciate your honesty about the condition of the car as that is what i really need most as wont be able to come for inspection.
Happy to inform you that the fund is ready and available in my PayPal account so am ready to transfer the fund as soon as you get back to me with your payment details. Waiting to read from you ASAP".
Regards,
Bahjat.>

When I pass my Bank Account, he replied;
<'We good to go now I will transfer the fund into your account soon. Please am trying to sort out with the pick up agent though am having little problem with them now but hope to sort it out soon. i will email you when am done with the payment".
Regards,
Bahjat.>

The next Email is;
<"I was just about to make the payment now when i had a little problem with the freighting arrangement, the freighters said i will need to pay for the freighting fees before they can schedule pre-shipping/ pickup date,they charged 1,650aud for the pick up and delivery, but the problem is they only accept western union money transfer as form of payment which is sent to their HQ in the China. I have tried to see if I could get the money sent to them through western union's website but unfortunately I would be needing to use a credit or debit card which I didn't bring here.
As you are well aware of, I am away on-board and do not have access to western union, most post offices have western union section,will it be OK with you if I add the $1,650aud the amount I am transferring? and as soon as the money goes through you can help me make the western union transfer of the freighting fees through western union money transfer? You are not obliged to help me, but i will indeed appreciate your help as I am a little incapacitated here".
Regards,
Bahjat>

Freighting agent which HQ from China? I start doubted. I asked him any contact (friends or family member) in Darwin but he ignore all my question and replied;
<"Okay good i will let you know when payment has been made first thing tomorrow morning and also contact my pickup agent regarding pickup arrangement. and they will give you call you can ask them any question".
Regards,
Bahjat.>

Another Email he sent me in early morning 5:01 AM
<"Have just made the payments now and i also requested that PayPal should send a payment notification message to your inbox here and i expect PayPal to have emailed by now,please check your spam/junk folder as I sometimes get PayPal notification there,I sent $46,750aud in all, PayPal said they would be holding the funds and it won't be credited into your account because of the excess payments of $1,750 aud i added meant for pick up and delivery, they said they have emailed you to this effect, you will need to send the $1,650aud to the freighting company headquarters in China via western union money transfer,so that PayPal can credit the $46,750aud into your account as soon as you have emailed the western union details to them, i added extra $100aud to cover the western union charges which shouldn't be more that $60-80aud but just to be sure i added $100aud, Here is the pick up agent info needed to get the money sent through western union money transfer:
Name :Wensai Wang
Address:Lianshang Industry Area,Chenghai
Zip code:515833
City:Shantou,
State: Guangdong,
Country: China.
I will need the full address of where it will be picked up now,as my pick up agent will contact you to book a pick up time after they have received payments but they will have to book a time that is convenient for you".
Regards,
Bahjat. >

He send another Email me when I didn't notice his previous email and didn't make any reply.
<"I am getting worried here as my account has been debited and i have not heard anything from you after sending the payment.you can email Paypal to confirm this as i emailed them and i was made to know that the money was placed on hold and your account will only be credited after transferring the money via western union and send the details to them for verification.i was also made to belief that it's done that way to protect both buyers and sellers.i'm sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused you.thanks always for your understanding".>

I got fake PayPal Email in my junk box and I replied him I need to get the money to my bank first before I transfer money to other and I ask him to put the money in my bank. Then, he run away and never reply anymore. At the same time, I am reading Scammer TipOff Reports and I realized that he is the Scammer.
