RE: 365 DAYS OF 2015 WASTED OUT OF NEGLIGENCE !!!.

Dear Sir,

Happy New Year and how are you today my dear?

In my memo dated 11th March 2015 which was captioned “WHY HAVE YOU ALLOWED YOUR PAYMENT TO BE FRUSTRATED BY MISCREANTS”, I poured out my heart while unveiling the mysteries behind your nightmares in this never-ending payment saga, particularly stressing on the illegal manner at which your agents submitted your Claim’s Payment File which has now been the Primary reason for your current predicament. I also educated you in so many aspects of your struggles and advised you on what to do in order to expedite the release of your fund. I expressly told you that you needed the right contacts/connections and an added support from the Judiciary through the Justice Minister and Attorney General of the Federation of Nigeria, to enforce an “Unconditional” release of your fund. I expected your response going by the shocking revelations I made, but to my greatest surprise you threw my memo into your trash bin without giving any attentions to it. Probably you thought your problems would have been solved by those confronting you with endless promises. My question now is “Have you received any part of your rightful outstanding contract fund through your so called friends?” The bitter truth is that your nightmare will never cease and you will again be wasting this entire year still pursuing shadows and languishing in agony if you should continue in the path you took last year. Under the current messy state of your claim, you cannot receive a dime without the help of the Judiciary.

We hereby wish you a wonderful and prosperous 2016 but the extent you go on this claim depends on your abilities in making right decisions. It could be worse if you again decide to go the path you went last year. Anybody who embarks on a long journey should expect to encounter more difficulties. But why should you chose the long and more difficult path when there is a shorter route to the same success you have been desiring for? Why have you allowed miscreants to frustrate life out of you? Why have you allowed your finances to go down the drain right in your very own eyes?

How do you think it is possible for the Nigerian Government to pay your claim when it has never for once reflected on the national budget under the government’s capital expenditure? Can that be possible in your country or do you think Nigeria is so uncivilized that it does not have a code of conduct? I have several official documents to prove this to you and I can send them to your e-mail if you wish to see them. To genuinely get paid, your wrongly processed claim needs to be officially cleared by the Justice Department with an additional Injunction from the Federal High Court that would mandate the paying authorities to release your fund UNCONDITIONALLY. That is the only sure way to maneuver all official bureaucracies and legitimately enter your claim on the 2015 government’s capital expenditure as would be contained on this year’s National Budget. I have all it takes to get all these done but I know you will still be very skeptical going by all you have gone through in this whole exercise. I am only revealing some secrets to you and you must take them very seriously in order not to make further mistakes. The sooner you realize that you need a skilled and highly connected Nigerian to see you through this payment process, the better for you.

Your trying to get paid through the way you are going would not be successful. Rather, it will cost you more money, more difficulties and more embarrassments. If you can listen to me, just STOP this your fruitless arrangements and get in touch with me so that we can use some powerful connections to influence the release of the fund through the Judiciary system here. You probably have been given all kinds of propositions but I encourage you to give me the benefit of doubt and a chance to exhibit all I have been boasting of for several months now. It would amaze you how your struggles and nightmares would end in less than 14 working days.

Contact me IF YOU CARE on my e-mail attorneyolisa@yahoo.com. You also have a choice to continue with your old agents and waste this entire year again with additional financial losses. I HAVE JUST SPOKEN MY MIND BUT THE CHOICE TO LISTEN AND FOLLOW MY VERY SINCERE INSTRUCTIONS ARE ALL YOURS.
